Working professional women always face tough time between the families’ desires and the responsibilities affixed by the employers. When you do well at work, you fear that your children are away from your presence. When you choose to take care of your child and withdraw the work, professional issues can affect your chances of promotion. You may have thought you would like to be a partner in your business - until the first child you smiled.
