Change one Key Factor To Build Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence

Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence can be built by changing one

key factor; build them with a factor necessary to accelerate success.

You can change your life, build self-esteem and self-confidence with this Guiding Principle #1 for living an extraordinary life "the factor that determines how quickly and easily you"ll improve your life.

You can be, do, and have anything if you are willing to change the way you see yourself. Of course, this includes building up your self-confidence and self-esteem.

In "Mind Power into the 21st Century," John Kehoe observes that "The beginning step to a new and more successful life is absurdly easy. You only have to pay attention to the flow of thoughts inside your mind and direct it accordingly."

If your self-confidence is low, note your "flow of thoughts". Are you sending yourself messages that you are not capable of achieving the life you long for?

Improve self-esteem by reminding yourself of the following note. In fact, write it down on a 3X5 card and tape it to your bathroom mirror. Meditate on it whenever you could use a self-image pick-me-up!

"You are worthy of the full expression of your potential. But, you deserve what you settle for." --Crystal Jonas

Forget the myth that change is a slow, painful process involving Herculean willpower and a level of fierce determination few mere mortals have.

Self-image is the first factor you want to change. Yes, it takes effort. Using your mind in the right way, however, change becomes easier than you ever imagined. One valuable thing you must always remember is that you know more than you think you do. Your success in building self image in order to make the changes you need lies in the ability to become more self-aware.

Emotional Intelligence begins with Self-Awareness:

Emotional Intelligence begins with the foundation of self-awareness. Growing in self-awareness of how your thoughts and feelings impact your behavior and therefore, your results, is a primary goal in cultivating your EI skills.

Believe in yourself to raise your self confidence, and remember that all achievement begins first in thought. Each and every success begins first by believing you can achieve that aim by accepting at what I call the "Å"cellular level" that you are the kind of person who can achieve and is achieving that goal.

This primary principle guides how quickly you will manifest what you want in life and how easy your journey will be. Let's take it bit by bit.

You alone get to determine your reality. You get to decide how you respond

to every event. You get to create any life you desire and draw from limitless

resources.

If you are looking to improve your self confidence and/or self esteem you must be willing to do this. Beyond being willing, the more passionately you want what you want, the more likely you are to get it.

Change is the only thing that will get you something different from what you

have now. You've heard that the definition of insanity is to continue to do the

same things and to expect different results. Remember the saying: "If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got."

If positive change has been difficult, here's why:

You may have heard that change is difficult. Frankly, it truly is, as long as you are putting conscious effort into it. The magic is in using your unmatched subconscious mind power to alter your self-concept and to make change natural and pain-free.

Go ahead, take a risk starting today. Learn from the choices you have made when they work and when they do not. Risk taking will build your character and self confidence. Begin seeing yourself in a new way. Use the power of your imagination to create your future first in your mind.
