Are you learning EFT? Do you want to use these awesome techniques to become an EFT Practitioner? Interestingly, all the books you can read won't qualify you to be an EFT Practitioner. Fortunately, there are three simple EFT training exercises that can make a huge difference.

The best way to become qualified to practice EFT professionally is to develop a toolbox of methods and become successful in a variety of situations. And practice, practice, practice.

Don't know about EFT?

If you are unfamiliar with EFT, you're in for a surprise that could completely change your life. EFT is a group of simple and quick techniques that almost {anyone|anybody|everyone| can use to eliminate stuck emotions. As amazing as it may seem, EFT often works in minutes by simply tapping on a series of points on your face and upper torso.

The idea that tapping on a few points can create transformational changes is one of the most remarkable things about "tapping".

This method, which only takes a few minutes, can produce results with almost any emotion and in some cases, with physical problems as well. The EFT technique has proved to work with anger, chocolate cravings, relationship challenges, performance issues, fear, worries about money, and much, much more.

How can you master the skills

  1. Take an EFT course from a skilled practitioner with a history of success. Sit down and practice the techniques on yourself until they are natural and easy to perform. This will build your confidence and as you do this, you will have an opportunity to clear a bunch of stuck emotions while you learn.

  2. Choose a specific area where you could assist others. While the techniques work with a wide variety of problems, you can be more effective by focusing on a single topic where you believe you can be the most helpful. Select a topic where you have overcome challenges that you can describe easily.

Create a written strategy for overcoming that particular issue. For instance, if you would like to assist people with stress management, what items would you incorporate in your work with clients? A structure will allow you to organize your time with clients and increase your effectiveness.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • What are the necessary elements in a session or series of sessions for this problem?

  • What number of consultations would you suggest for the best results?

  • What would you want to cover in these consultations?

  • How would you instruct clients to follow up to continue to change their lives for the better?

  1. Find some men and/or women with the challenge you want to solve and offer to help them. Don't know where to find them?

There may already be a group in your community that focuses on these people. One option is www.meetup.com, where groups of people meet on practically any subject. And if you can't find a meetup group on your subject, all you have to do is create one. In a week or two, you could have access to some men and/or women who are seeking the exact solutions you seek to offer.

An added benefit of a group like this is that you will be creating a list to contact when you complete your EFT training. These people may follow through as clients and/or recommend you to others when you {open your own business|practice professionally|start your professional practice.
