Let me show you my 2 favorite activities that kept away my stress during pregnancy.

  1. Exercise. Im sure that the majority of women think Im crazy for saying exercise, but trust me when I say that exercise is the best type of stress relief. I know that when you are tired and in a bad mood, the last thing you want to do is to get movin, but it works and works fast. Exercise can help bring out the endorphins that your body need to give you lots more energy and lift your spirits.

  2. Meditation. This is a very good form of stress relief. Proper meditation will put you at ease and let you enjoy the quiet times of pregnancy. The best thing to do is to go to google and look for meditation CDs and make sure you read the reviews and pick out the 1 that interest you.
