They are Like a Sponge:
It’s easy to assume recent graduates lack experience, but their fresh perspective is actually an advantage. Unlike employees who have been in the same role for years and may be resistant to change, new grads are eager to learn and grow. Recent Grad’s Have Experience, Even if it isn’t “Real-World”:
