Everyone loves to reach the height of financial success but there are a lot of people who do not know where to start. Economists would probably tell you that in order to be successful in business, the number one thing you need to have is money or capital. Yes this may be true, but there is a more fundamental factor that you need to have in order to be successful in your financial endeavors. What is it then? You simply need to have DESIRE. I'm pretty sure that everyone wants to get rich. So there you have it, you have what it takes to be tremendously rich.

There are a lot of things that interconnects with desire. One important thing that needs to be a product of your desire is for you to CREATE A PLAN. Planning is making your action plan in order to reach for your financial goals. A desire is meaningless without a course of action. PLANNING should be you first actual and concrete step after nurturing and developing your inner desire to be financially fulfilled.

What makes a good plan? A plan needs to be organized to be able to be efficient and successful. ORGANIZED PLANNING includes creating a power team. A power team is a group of individuals who are experts in their fields and have enough skills, experience and knowledge to help you with you plan at hand. You need these people to create and carry out your plan. One important thing to keep in mind is that in order to successfully put your plan into action you and your people should have the same vision. This way you are walking on the same path together and this would hasten your journey to success.

Do you think wealthy people like Bill Gates got to their present financial status alone? Of course not! He employs a lot of people to work for him. These people may even have originated the very idea's that makes Bill Gates overly rich. Who knows, it may not even be this guy who originally thought of the Microsoft Technology. It may well be a collaboration of ideas and concepts from a lot of people under him. What makes Bill Gates rate in the newspaper headlines then? Simply because he was the mastermind behind the idea. He organized a plan, and he was successful in executing it, and of course, monetizes it incredibly.

Whenever you are with your power team, you should have a mindset of a mastermind. You should be able to lead them into one direction. As the key player of the group, you should be able to hold them together at whatever cost. For example, in a scenario where you have to create a revolutionary mechanism similar to a robot, once your mechanical engineer quits, then you have to start all over again with a different person. This is why it is important to compensate your people accordingly.

When planning, you need to know all possible loopholes. Be your own devil's advocate and evaluate which part of your plan can possibly have errors on it. Make your plan as faultless as you can. Always remember that failure is a reality. Once you fail, get up and try again. Take your failure as a challenge. In time, and hopefully with just a few tries and failures, your plan would be successful and ultimately create the wealth you desire.

The Power is within you.
