Have you ever had one of those days where you woke up in the morning and no matter what you did you just couldn't snap out of it? It's like you had a bad dream and it left you with a salty attitude to carry throughout the day. Sure you have, because we have all experienced at least one of those days. I am going to show you how to physically do something that when done right can adjust your attitude on command.
If you are in: sales, a business owner, entrepreneur, or work in any position where a positive outlook and attitude supports your job description and impacts your performance then you will find this technique extremely helpful.
When you are ready to experience the Kamjah magic for yourself then follow the directions below. I have outlined them step by step. If you have any questions then contact me. Now here we go..
-
Find a comfortable place to sit, perhaps in a chair you like
-
Close your eyes
-
Take 5 deep breaths by inhaling slowly for 5 seconds and then holding for 3 seconds and exhaling for 5 seconds.
-
Now that you are relaxed, remember a specific time when you felt really happy. Now through your minds eye bring yourself back to that time, putting yourself in your own body, looking through your own eyes, seeing what you saw and hearing what you heard. Allow yourself to experience feelings of happiness. At this point you should at the very least be smirking since you are experiencing that positive experience again so you can't help but to smile.
-
As you feel these feelings mentally double them. As you are deeply reliving that experience in your mind go ahead and.
-
Take your left index finger and firmly press on your right index finger knuckle and hold it for 10 seconds while you are feeling those happy feelings.
That's it! Now you are done. Next time you are feeling upset, or need an attitude adjustment all you have to do is take you left index finger and press it against your left index finer knuckle and those feelings will come flushing back.
Something worth mentioning is that if you can't remember the directions I provided on your own then it is perfectly fine to print out this page and have a friend or family member read the directions to you.
Congratulations! Because unless you have worked with me personally, you have just been introduced to a very basic NLP technique.
