Dealing with a break up is something everyone has had to deal with at some point in their life. It is always hard but when your have the eagle eye of everyone in the office watching, it can be even harder. Dealing with this situation is horrible at the best of times but when you have to see each other every day it can become insufferable. Surviving a break up is a lot harder if you will not let yourself start to get over it. Although relationship breakdowns are not an easy thing to cope with, people can become too confident in their coping abilities.

Relationship

Relationship breakups put a lot of people through fear and misery. Relationships are about companionship, connection and comfort. Remembering that they are fragile bonds, which needs to be built up and maintained in order to keep them healthy and allow them to flourish over time is key to a happy partnership.

Love

Love can be blind and stupid when making permanent commitments or legally binding decisions. The quest for true love has never been easy, and you may have to kiss a lot of frogs before you finally find your prince or princess. For many of us this is just the way it is and we do not question the process.

Surviving

Surviving a breakup is hard enough without carrying around doubts and fears. It is very possible to survive a break up and get your ex back, if you are willing to work with a good plan. This is no easy task and chances are, you may feel that you are going through hell. Getting through the immediate future should be the first priority. Once you get past the initial shock of the break up, you will still have a period of mourning. Surviving a relationship breakdown is one of the hardest things you will ever do, and many people are surprised how hurt, sad and angry they feel. Coping with infidelity presents specific challenges for the sensitive person.

A relationship breakdown is a very traumatic experience for both partners. After a break up it is very difficult to forget about your ex. There are proven ways to bring back lost love and make the relationship work again. Likewise there are things you should not do if you want your ex to love you again and to take you back. With the right planning and coping mechanisms surviving a break up and getting your ex back can be accomplished.
