Many people suffer from embarrassing facial redness. If this is from anxiety, then there are psychological reasons behind your blushing. There could, however, be physiological reasons behind your red cheeks. It is important to understand the underlying cause of your blushing before you contemplate how you can stop it.

Keep in mind that blushing is often a natural response to embarrassment in public or even pleasure. If you only blush on occasion, then there should be no reason for you to consider a cure.
