  4. "You seem to need a new pair of shoes."(Instead of, "I think you need a new pair of shoes.")

Of course almost any phrase can be altered to have the focus on the subject. However, there are some sentences that would not make proper sense if the focus were put entirely on the subject. In these cases, use the word "we" as it will still help to take the focus off you. Using correct grammar is highly important in conversational hypnosis as unnatural sounding phrases will send alarm bells ringing in the subject's subconscious mind.
