Water Decreases Anxiety Attacks

Your body is made up mostly of water. Most of us don’t drink enough of it though. One of the fastest ways to reduce your chances of having an anxiety attack is to eat a healthy diet and drink more water. The first and easiest method to put into practice is to drink purified filtered water. Water is the best thirst quencher—but more significantly—it is a very helpful factor for anxiety treatment.

Almost every function of your body is managed and related to the efficient flow of water through our system. Water transports hormones, chemical messengers, and nutrients to vital organs of the body. When you don't keep your body well-hydrated, you may react with a variety of signals such as anxiety, which you would never think are related to the lack of drinking enough water.

Water Helps Control Your Anxiety:

• Most people are continually dehydrated.

• When you think that you’re hungry, most of the time your body is trying to tell you that you’re thirsty instead.

• One glass of water will satisfy your hunger pangs for almost all people.

• Not drinking enough water is the root cause for daily fatigue.

Regular purified filtered drinking water is an essential part of your diet when searching for natural anxiety cures. You will be affected at the cellular level when you’re dried out and thirsty. At times, it can mimic anxiety symptoms. By drinking more purified filtered drinking water, your body will be rebalanced.

It is common that people with social anxiety say that alcohol helps them feel more comfortable in social situations. It’s no surprise that if you have anxiety, you have a greater chance of alcohol related problems than the general population.

You may have felt the emotional effects of dehydration on your body. If you ever experienced a hangover from overindulging, you know the feeling well. These hangovers are the result from alcohol. Alcohol is a diuretic, and it depletes your body of water. Always make sure to compensate for all of the water that you have lost.

You have to remember that dehydration is a major reason that contributes to anxiety. By changing your habits, like for example, eating a healthy diet, exercising every day for at least 30 minutes, and drinking plenty of clean purified filtered fluoride free water; your anxiety symptoms should vastly improve.

I have found that by drinking more water tremendously improves my overall mind-set of wellbeing, and lowers my feelings of anxiety, but it is mainly used for my overall health.

You really are what you eat (and drink).
