Instead of saying "How am I going to get tons of motivated sellers knocking down my door?" UPGRADE your conversation to "How can I improve my marketing pieces to get a better response?"

To reach your goal, take some action every day towards that goal and before you know it, you’ve reached it.

You just have to get the ball rolling!

So stop wasting valuable time and money worrying about the perfect color paper for your postcards. Stop spending hours in front of the computer compiling a list of perfect questions to ask when a motivated seller calls.
